That is a nice achievement, what about any benchmark like 3dmark? The temps are a bit high i would say, why don't you go for a good zalman vf700? it would keep your temps like 10° c lower than stock cooling

maybe a better cooling system on or around your graphics card?My overclocked BFG 7300 GS is 48C at idle and 51-53C is usually the highest it ever gets after playing some intense 3d games.

dont bother raising the 2d clocks you dont need the speed, it will just make more heat while at the desktop , you sure you got it to 1650mhz on the ram ?

ive never seen an overclock like that on any of the 6 series

There's no way to obtain 1650 Mhz on a 6800xt on the ram, he meant a 410, 2x cause it's ddr
I agree with the 2d clocks, there is no need to do such a thing since your vcard will be hotter than normal

ddr3 doesnt run that slow

so he is either running 410mhz ( so 820mhz effective )

or he is running 820mhz ( so 1640mhz effective )

from that screenshot, yeh your running it at 820mhz effective

so the real speed is 410mhz ( ddr820 = 410mhz )

is the 6800xt running ddr2 or ddr3 ram ?

Why don't you try to enable the locked pipes via rivatuner or coolbits, that would give you a nice boost in performance

Here is a guide on how to unlock the pipes

http://www.hardforum.com/printthread.php?t=841145&pp=40

The max you could get off a 6800 is 16 pipelines and 6 vertex, but it's not 100% guaranteed you will be able to cause maybe some of them may be damaged
