Hey welcome!<br>
You can download ATiTool .25 beta 14 <a href="http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/259" target="_blank">here</a>.<br>
Info about ATiTool:<br><a href="http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/" target="_blank">http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/</a><br><br>
Once installed "Find Max Core" and "Find Max Mem" and run them each for about 15-30mins to get an idea of your stable core and mem frequencies.

Another tool that you can use to OC is called <a href="http://www.guru3d.com/atitraytools/" target="_blank">ATI Tray Tool</a><br><br>
Supposedly, it gives you an extra 15-20 mhz of stable OC. I'm not sure wether or not this is true.

thanx for the help and the welcome all. i downloaded all the programs suggested i i just gotta test them and see what i can do with them and i started to run find max cor but after about 3 mins, my machine locked up.find max mem only ran for about 6 mins and same thing. also another question i have is about cooling the card. i have the fan that was already on the card but i was wondering if that was enough or would i need extra cooling once i get a stable oc

Its ok to oc with the stock cooling but you could definetly get a higher oc with after market cooling, you can get a cheap vf700 and it'll help alot<br />
