Hi, what do you think of my build?

Cooling: Vapochill Phase change system (already bought)
CPU: Q6600 (in july 22nd price drops)
MoBo: Asus p5n-E32SLI (second Hand off here)
Ram: 2 GB of G skill HZs (second Hand off here)
Gpu: BFG 8800 GTS (Possibly watercooled, not sure)
Case: Lian Li V7000
Sound Card: Xfi xtremegamer
HDD: 74 GB raptor (I have a 36 GB, so I'm selling it to make the money I need for the 74)
PSU: Dunno, what will I need?
Gpu cooling: possibly a waterloop, not sure though.

What should I change + suggestions for the stuff I missed out?

Bumpination Commencing.
A nice setup, for a PSU: Get Seasonic S12 650W, Seasonic M12 700W, or PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750.

& that's it

Go with an OCZ PSU and for HD just go with a seagate barracuda, They are cheaper and have 3 times the storage.

Reps given.
@phase: Yeah I'm planning on OCing the hell out of it
@HDD space: I'm looking for speed, and I don't use much disk space. Anyways, I can always upgrade if I need more space.
You have enough money for Phase cooling but you had to sell your HDD to get a bigger one o_O?

hehe, awesome system though!
Looks great, with phase changing, you already don't have to worry about temperatures so that's a good thing. Now I would recommend you to have at least 100GB of Hard Drive, I would recommend jumping to the 150GB Raptor, which is the best hard drive I've ever owned, I sacrificed space for performance, and as of now, I don't regret it, plenty of space left.

I thought it was a steal on ebay: £240 ($480) for a lian li 7B, a Matrix orbital lcd, a vapochill phase system, an LGA 775 socket mount, a Socket 939 mount, a 480 watt tagan Modular PSU, 2 cathodes, and the phase already fitted into the case!

The thing is, though, I don't think I really need that much space.

as you said yourself, you can always upgrade later.
just get a 500GB for storage by that time.
Looks good, HZ's, a Quad on Phase, and a potentially watercooled 8800 GTS is a nice combo, plus a sweet overclocking mobo with SLI potential...nice choices.
Love the case.

You know you don't need no stinking quad..but you will love it.

I got Raptors and Barracudas and TBH the Barracudas thrash the Raptors in every way except Seek time...

Seriousl: better average read annd better burst--only in seek do they lag.

PC Power Cooling 750 Quad is the best PSU I have ever owned--I want another to sleep with at night...

It is DEAD silent and a real beauty.
Looks really nice mate, Your doing it the right way round, get really nice foundations so you can upgrade later

The hard drive can easily be upgraded should you run out of space, and theres SLI potential in your mobo

Very nice!

@The case: Ty, I think so too
@The Barracudas: Hmm, maybe, I'll think about it.
@The PC power and cooling: Yeah, I know they're good, but now they've been taken over by OCZ, they may get harder to find, and the warranty may become non-existent soon. Still, I may get one.

Very Nice system dude but i would not go with the 74gb raptors peronally. Id go for at least the 150 gig ones or otherwise get barracudas.

Rest of system is cool.

Reasons for not getting 74gb raptors - Windows vista (when stable) is gonna eat into your Hard drive big time. Also if your gaming a lot of the games coming out now are 4 to 5 gigs in size so your gonna run outa space pretty quick.
