Okay, I moved my pc to the living room because i got a new desk, start up cs:s and join a server. It was super laggy so i got out of the game. I pressed crl alt delete and noticed my pc was running at 80 % load and sometimes up to 90%! I checked my processes and there were no apps running besides explorer and system processes. I restarted to check if it was a bug. No avail.
It comes to point that i reinstall xp. Once thats done i check my system. It turns up to be at 85%. It seems that my processor is dead. Before you say it is overclocking, It hasnt been overclocked for 30 days. It seems like im going to by do the step up program and get a 7800gtx and an amd duel core.

If he's at 80% load after installation, I doubt it's a virus or spyware. My bet's on dead processor. If you have two partitions, one of which was saved during install, it might be a virus. Poke around and see.

sorry for the double post but I cant open paint for pasting in the print screen. But in processes there is nothing out of the norm. By the way, with hyperthreading turned off, it is at 100 load all the time.

Have you tried a bios update for the motherboard?

My motherboard does have the latest bios but i am beginning to assume it is the motherboard.

Yea, I wouldn't really trust a Soyo motherboard, they make subpar products to start. You could try a new windoes re-install and see what happens.. but I doubt that would do anything since you just did one.
