I dont think overclocking with stock cooler is recommended. CPU coolers aren't that expensive I would save up and buy one even if your not planning to overclock.

Did you perform fullo load test also ? (Example Prime95 "Small FFT's" test).
you download Prime95 on Mersenne site and launch a Prime95 in Small FFT's test during 5 minutes for example.
It is a test which loads and heats CPU a lot. It will give an idea of your CPU behaviour at full load.
During test, monitor your core temperatures with coretemp soft for example.
If you see that cores temps go over 72°c, stop the test !!
