okay guys after finally getting the right bios to allow me to of my e7200 I am about to attemp my first of but before I do what do you guys think I can get from it on air cooling? And what temp should I stay below? Also what is the best way to benchmark and test my oc? Thanks guys

You can probably hit above 3-3.5Ghz on air with your cooling and you'd be good. It depends on your BIOS and if the board lets you lock your PCI-E to 100.

I would stay below 70C but that's just my chips safe point, but you'd have to see what yours is, but I believe they're all around 70C but I'm not positive.

And to check your OC, you can use numerous bench tests like Prime95, Everest, or TAT.

I can lock my pci e to anywhere from 90-150 I'm not sure what this does though what should I put it at it is currently auto

dont go above 60C load.

CPU-Z is pimp.

SuperPI and other similar programs stress test the cpu.

Most chips can go above 60C and be fine.
But I'd still keep it at max around there.

Put it at 100 unless it doesn't boot at 100. Mine has to be set on Auto because I have an ICH7 board. Anything other than Auto won't work for me, so my Max OC is 3Ghz for me.
