Your RAM is DDR3 and your MOBO supports DDR2.

Well, you're missing a case and don't have an OS for starters. That's a DDR2 motherboard and you have DDR3 RAM picked out.

jetway? i dont know much about them id go for a biostar 790GX+720BE combo deal, the combos save u $.

you could skimp to a cheaper PSU, but stay quality still. + change the ram, no way do you need 6gb of DDR3 on a triple core. tisk tisk

Also, doesn't your case already have fans? Either way, apevia fans are most likely junk. Go for some Scythe S-Flex fans.

All 790GX boards are fairly decent so you cam probally get the cheapest one u can find if you didn't already. I wouldn't skimp on the power supply but if you must stay with a notable brand, coolermaster? cheap but still o.k? Ram can be generic if not overclocked but probally isn't much cheaper anyways.

Edit: I would go with a X2 6000+ (instead of X3 ) though before going with generic ram and a budget PSU.

If you can dish out 20-30$, I'd say get a bigger hdd like 500 or 640
