First off, you dont need to offer rep, although it is quite generous.

First Question...
Are your drivers up to date?

When overclocking your processor are you lowering the HT Multiplier, as well as turning off Kool and Quiet in the Bios.

Youll need to be more specific on the steps you are taking to OC everything. THen I can help you more

Um using easy tune by gigabyte that came with my board. and im using ATi Tool.. also if attempt to overclcok teh cpu in the bios it says skiping clock frequencies!

i've never had an experience where software/manufacturer presets worked best, try disabling it, or, set every setting yourself.
oc it in the bios, that is the only way to go so you can make the necessary changes to memory timings or your ht settings.
Agreed. BIOS is the way to go. That Windows based stuff doesn't work the greatest.
my gay bios skips my clocks
I third that. My cousin had some AI OC program that came on his motherboard support CD. Any time he tried to OC with it it screwed up and failed. Then when he tried changing things in the BIOS, that same program would change things around to keep him at stock.

For example he'd raise the FSB, and when he got to windows he'd see that program had lowered his multiplier! When he uninstalled it, and tried again it worked fine!

And like it was mentioned before, disable all those "extra" BIOS options like Cool 'n Quiet.

Maybe you need to up your vcore? Loosen up your ram timings or put them on a divider? Raise either your FSB or your multiplier 10 Mhz at a time and see if you can get into windows.

ATI Tool is ok to use though. Good luck man, let us know whats going on!

Edit: Yeah, uninstall that program that you were OCing with. That will probably fix it so when you get into windows you have the same setting as what you set it to in the BIOS!
what should i up my vcore to?? and what does turning cool and qiet off do??
That is a decent score IMO because i get 75000 in AM3 and i have a 7600GT, also have you put a divider on the ram so the cup can go futher?
what do you mean.. explain deeper
I don't use easytune to overclock my PC because it doesn't work, the new FSB won't apply in BIOS even though I allowed BIOS to be flashed by Easy tune. Do it manually, it's better.
what should i up my vcore to?? please tell.. i dont wanna hurt my pc
First, uninstall that crappy program you were using to OC your CPU. then we'll go from there. That program is what is stopping your OC I'm thinking...
ok i will uninstall easytune and then go to the bios and up teh fsb to about 300mhz if thats safe because i dont wanna kill it.. its at 200mhz stock and when i do what should i up my vcore to??
ok i am uninstalling now

I get 75k-76K consistently in AQ3 with my sig rig, so I wouldnt be satisfied with that if I had a 7series and a 3500+ both OC`ed

But Ill concur with some of the help here, Gigabyte easytune is NOT good at all for overclocking, well really in my experiences Ive never had good luck with overclocking on gigabyte boards... but if you update the BIOS, disable the stupid gigabyte SW, make sure you have some good tweaked nvid drivers guru of 3d or tweakRUS both offer a ton of nvid drivers (modded and stock)

ok easy gay tune is gone.. now send me a link for tweeked drivers and tell me the necxt step!
http://tweaksrus.com/ these guys have goo drivers, check around to see what supposedly runs best on the 7600GS - also Ive got a guide here on proper GFX card uninstallation/reinstallation, lets see if I can find it real quick
