My monitor sometimes goes to power saving mode

On many occasions when I put on my PC on the monitor screen shows that there is no signal to the VGA connection and the monitor goes to power saving mode. I have to constantly take of the PC and put it on in order to get an active signal for the monitor to show.

you should first specify what kind of monitor it is and if your graphics card has any static electricity

My monitor is a w2007 20" lcd wide-screen monitor with integrated speakers and i'm not to sure if there is static electricity in the graphics card
