Am I at a wall then

My 555BE needs about 1.35-1.375v NB for 2.83GHz.

I think in going to retry this after my water cooling comes in. Do temps affect the NB at all?

Yes.

The cooling on my 555BE is total overkill (lapped TRUE, 120x38mm Panaflo high speed) and that certainly has something to do with it's ability to reach decent NB speeds, given it's an utterly mediocre chip in every other way.

About 20-25C above room temp at maximum load. 4GHz/1.525v core, 2.83GHz/1.375v NB.

Be sure to disable the ones that require most voltage. My two last ones need 0.05v more than the other 4 so I just disabled them
