I have been quite busy lately and have not posted about my new laptop that I got about 3 months ago
Its a Lenovo N100, although they dont make it with the same specs now. I managed to get a good deal on it (£417), as it was good specs but there was under 20 left when i ordered as the new specs of the new N100's were coming. But tbh they were worse specs and higher price.
Anyway here is what i got:
Intel Core Duo T2300 1.66GHz
512MB DDR2-667MHz
64MB (256MB) GeForce 7300 Go (Not bad)
80GB SATA-II 5400rpm
15.4" Widescreen 1680x1050
(Real Nice)
1.3MP Camera intergrated
Wifi, DVD-RW
5-in-1 card reader
Fingerprint scanner
XP Home
All for £417 and the new ones were over £600, and had a 1280x800 screen, onboard graphics, Core 2 Duo 1.66GHz, 120GB HDD, 1GB RAM. So I think my one is better. I then picked up a 1GB stick of Corsair DDR2-667MHz RAM for only £24 for a total of 1.5GB now. Which made it quite a bit faster, was using 400MB on startup.
I also bought a Lenovo case and a mini mouse for £28. Overall its pretty good laptop for the price and specs. And I am happy, I mostly use it for work like, Word, Excel, PP, Wifi, Skype and then a few games. I can play TM Nations at 1680x1050 on med settings and looks great

Not bad at all. I picked up a v100 (very different specs) last year for about $1100 (US dollars) and like it a lot. 11.1inch, 1gb ram, 100gb hd, 2.0ghz proc, dvdr, etc.
Thats about £600 but that is good specs for the price and size.
And is that rig in your sig for real? If it is that must fly! How much was it all?
I haven't added it all up (on purpose). Doing so would cause me to start sweating some. But yea, it flies! Just scored 12,120 in 3dmark06 and 1m superpi is under 15 secs. Thanks for the compliment, I've spent a lot of time putting it together.
