No more lappy for me!!!!<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Big Grin"><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Big Grin"> My new rig is complete and running...pretty nicely I might add. Nice cpu. 2gb of ram i would say is now essential.<br><br>
Better GFX? Or is it just ot tie you over until DX10? If so fair enough

Im liking it, nice set up you got there. Are you going to be overclocking it at all? And how about some benchmarks? Lastly, how is that soundcard working out. I have heard some people claim they are better then Creative, while others claim Diamond soundcards are a joke. Whats your take. I thought about the 2gb, but i decided to hold off on it for a little while and the gfx is good enough for the games i play. it has decent core speeds, nice memory speeds and it has gddr3 with 12 pipes so its more than adequete for me. i'll prob. upgrade later next year or something. once vista comes out, i'll get the extra gig of ram. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Thumb">

</div>the sound card is great. awesome sound and no problems with it. and you can't beat the price. i believe i ended paying around 30.00 for it. and i have the cpu at 2.8 right now and my gfx is slightly oc'd from 600 core to 700 and memory from 1400 to 1500.

Nice a 6300, small L2 cache allows for great overclocking. Grab liquid cooling and hit 3Ghz+.
