You can't Tri-SLI 560's, so drop one there. You definitely don't need 1200W for that, a good 850 will do; Corsair, or the like. Also, 12GB of RAM is pointless if you're simply benching and gaming; drop that down to 6GB.

Otherwise, looks good. You don't need any more for the processor, since you can easily get to 4GHz with that H70.

Personally I think you should go 2600K, tri sli 570s, drop to 4 gb of ram (if you go sandy, if you don't then 6), get a different PSU (neither the original one listed or the Ultra one). But neither yours or this sound like 2800 dollar builds...maybe becuase water (true water cooling not ALC) isn't involved.

Wrong, the 460's perform better than the 465's.

Drop the PSU, Drop the 3 560's.

Corsair 850 - 1000w and 2 570's maybe tri-sli them

Drop the X58 setup and get sandybrigde 2500K, you will save allot of cash there and get better performance per clock. 2600K if your bothered about HT, Even though HT reduces performance in games.

Keep the H70, good coolers, and everthing else looks fine.

NOT wrong, they overclock well and have more SPs.
I've been through 3, the memory always clocked higher and the lowest clocking one I had did 865 core.

Ultra, like CM low-mid end stuff, is a hit or miss affair that most wouldn't rely on super heavily. CM/Antec is good for their high end stuff and Antec has a few good cheap-os.
