Any idea where i can find a simple and thoroughful explanation of that circle?.

And at what step should i invite a cooling technician to fill the compressor with profane?(It's a compressor from an air conditioning unit that might still have gas in it tho i doubt it because there is oil leaking from the tubes, Would profane be alright?).
My guess is just before the blazing, right?.

If I am understanding the question correctly, you are asking what order all of the components should go in? If so the typical vapor compression cycles goes from:

Compressor=>Condenser=>Expansion Valve=>Evaporator=>Back to compressor.

This is the cycle used in refrigerator and air conditioning units. Other than that you need to be specific in terms of what information you are looking for so I can give it to you. Hope this helps.

Here are some sites that explain the cycle as well: here and here

No, he ment the electric's.

I'm not the best when it come's to wiring up compressor's and stuff, i'm not bad with most thing's but i've never wired up a compressor before.

When you have finished brazing then you tell the guy to come along and charge your unit, make sure he dehydrates the system aswell.

If you tell him it's a new system that hasn't been charged before then he should do that.

You also need to purge with propane or nitrogen when your brazing to prrevent oxidisation forming on the insude of the copper pipes, if it formes it can clog the filter's and cause damaged to other parts.

Speak to the refrigeration engineer and ask him about these issues.

Hmm, i can only use profane because there is no chance that i could raise the funds for a commercial gas... according to what i read any type of industrial oil qualified to be used with profane,
So i decided to give it a shot... I'll look up in some sites which types of oil qualified to use with profane...

Lol, its propane. If you bought a compressor with oil already in it it should run propane since propane is one of the gases that usually runs just about any oil mixture. I have some parts that you may need that I am desprately trying to get rid of because I need some money for my car. Ill hook you yup with a propane gas tank to manifold adapter and a manifold, I also have left over 1/4 in tubing that ill include and 2 valves (the exact name slipped my mind) that you connect to your system so you can hook up your manifold and put propane into your system, I think I also have a 1/4 in T that I will include which will help when installing the valves:

30 bucks includin shippin and handelin.

EDIT: You also need something to vac out your system either a vacuum pump or if you can find another couple compressors and hook em up that will work.

Gauges are not necessary, and I'm trying to avoid buying anything that is not required:\\, Sorry.

I did have oil in it, but the crap keeps leaking out of the high pressure pipe:\\,
so i guess that it would be right to refill the compressor with oil, just as a safety manner.

Perhaps some of the propane that still left there leaks too, I'm feeling a bit dizzy ever since i removed the compressor from the AC unit.
Perhaps due to profane inhaling, LOL, I should really do something about it.

Edit: What is it exactly that you offer for 30 USD shipped?.

Well yes in a way ther are but you also need that set of guages to charge your unit.

Hellgy: Are there any schrader/access valve's on the unit?, if not then you'll need to get some.

You know it's not going to be easy to do this on a tight budget.

Mabey you should have just made a water chiller, like touchan.

I do work on a custom WC system to the CPU while I'm assembling the phase change unit...
I can't afford a 12v pump so I'm using 240V, lmao.
Very nice pump(2000 litters per hour) for only 25 USD.

I can afford a vacuum pump so I'll hire an AC technician to refill the unit for me... I assume that he should have the proper equipment.

You would hope he has the correct gear, getting a fridgey to come out and do the work for you will cost you a fortune. If you know somebody then it might not be so bad but having a fridgey stand there and charge you an hourly rate to vacum your system would be crazy- not to mention he\\she will probably charge you for the pick up and supply of the refridgerant.

If your having somebody come to your house it will cost you 50 bucks just for the fee to get to your house then whatever else he charges you. You need the manifold and gauges to get the stuff into your system and you can easily do it yourself. It will cost you less just do do it yourself anyway...

And thats the things I have right there: Hellgy: Are there any schrader/access valve's on the unit?, if not then you'll need to get some.

I have two of em.

Yes, there is a sealed copper pipe at the bottom of the compressor...
i guess that it used for refueling the compressor and creating a vacuum...
tho i might be interested if you'll specify exactly what you are willing to give up for 30 USD shipped(shipping to me is 5-10 USD by priority mail...).

Like I said Ill hook you up with everything I have left:
Manifold and Gauges = about 70 shipped for new
2 shrader valves with caps = 10 shipped new
about 8 (guestimate) feet of 1/4 in copper pipe = 20 ft = 30
1 1/4 in T = 1 buck or somethin
Im not at home right now but I think thats all I have. I know I also have a Vacuum pump for sale on ebay. The manifold and gauges are on ebay and I posted a like earlier, if you put a bid on them and tell me ill be sure to include lal the stuff mentioned.

It sounds like the only things your missing are the shrader valves, vaccum pump, manifold and gauges, and then a gas to use which you could use propane and get pretty good temps. I used a 1/3 compressor with propane and the system was ideling at -46. It has my opty on it at stock at -22 idle and -18 full load. If you have a better evaporator head then you will get better temps than I did.
