I will be putting my signature rig on craigslist, and I don't know the right price, but I paid quite a lot for it. I want to build a small sized powerhouse (Micro ATX build w/ AM3 LP) Monitor not included.

Looking on craigslist I'd pay probably $700 for the system. No more though.

I would say right around $500, maybe $650 if you included the monitor

I don't mean to object here, but Phenom I builds made by HP sell for $600 or craigslist, and a lot of Athlon X2's sell for $400 on my craigslist, and oregon's.

You might be able to sell it at that price, but you just might have the ad up for awhile. If you don't mind waiting then it's all good. When you're tryin' to move stuff in a recession you gotta compromise that's why I kind of ball parked $700.

They SELL FOR, or they get listed for, every day, over and over, and never sell?

People need to get out of this stupid "Craig's List appraisal" habit.
Stop titling it as "SUPER MONSTER PLAY ANY GAME OUT THERE, HD3850, CAN SMASH CRYSIS!"
People aren't stupid, no one is going to dumb $800 on a system with no research.

People who give appraisals like this are the ones who make me want to kill myself everytime I read my local CL computer section.

I'm all for saving time on shipping, I usually list my stuff on CL FIRST, then here. But I list it for the same price at both places.
