I just sold a similar pc for 700 (but with two more gigs of ram, and an os/hdd), if your selling it to him without a hard drive and an os, i would say 600, 550 if you want to be mother theresa. Btw, i sell computers constantly. Basically somewhere between 525-625 is all reasonable, just how nice you want to be i guess, or how even you want to break. i've noticed, selling as many computers as I do, that im never able to get enough money to pay for the labor, just for that parts, but meh, i do it for the fun of it anyway.
