My Steam just went communist on me. Russian? IDK HELP!

lol I went off for a bit of OCing today and I got a major hickup so the mobo resetted a couple of times. Now my Steam is on russian.... or something with thingys over the letters, maybe Polish?

How do I change language?

File->fourth option->then first drop down menu should be your language.

Thanks guys but I think I have to reinstall it. Its Norwegian and communist language in a nice blend all over. lol Even in the same window. Didnt help to set it to Norwegian.
Dont worry they're not communist and can be easily changed. If steam were they'd stole your games and put your family members in steam labour camp troubleshooting ip connections and other grunt work.

The USSR was communist, or if you lived in USSR it was called the CCCP.

USSR and Russia are two different political systems, like how the England owned the area where it is now called the USA. So USSR and Russia are two different countries even though they are on the same land.
