get a 60mm fan and use foam double sided tape to mount it. you want to have the airflow going downwards. but 70-80*C is way too hot and id guess its a seating issue and id look at redoing the thermal paste on the boards chipset as well as the fan.
1) I have a 800d because it looks awesome, and i'm upgrading MB/CPU when Sandy Bridge comes out in the new year.
2) In my HAF 932 the NB ran a ton cooler because there was a fan pointed on it. So I don't think there is a problem - just need to put a little fan on it. My board is getting sent out for RMA though, so we'll see if the new one runs cooler, but I doubt it will.
