Where are you planning on using it and in what orientation?
Need a couple of 92mm fans. Which?
So what I really need for my build now is a couple of good 92mm fans. The stock Silverstone ones has a really annoying whine and turning them down doesnt help either.

They will be used as exhaust fans in a vertical position. At the back of the case.
Zalman ZM-F2s are good in that case. They don't whine nor vibrate and the airflow is decent, I have the 80mm flavor as an exhaust for my upper-rear HDD cage and it cools my 500GB HD exceptionally well.
I don't know what to suggest, but I would not consider these: Xigmatek 92mm
For me they whined so bad, I had to put resistors on them to slow them down to the point where it wouldn't drive me crazy.

Gelid 92mm's are quiet and moves much air
I have had good luck with Arctic Cooling's line up of 92 mm fans.
