if 1TB is fine then WD10EZEX WD Blue 1TB single platter drive would be a great choice.. reliable and pretty good performance.

yeah reliability is a huge factor here, since I hate having to fix something every year or whatnot.

What do they use their PC for? If only internet browsing and office related programs, a SSD might be a solution?

price of SSD's are allot more than HDD's.

But yeah reliability is huge here, size doesn't even matter tbh, I have noticed that allot of low size hdd's are off brands or 3 star reviewed
