Alright this will be a hard request so major rep for good responses
I need a security camera with the following:
-Pan and Tilt (must be able to be moved from a remote location)
-Network/IP camera (connects to network so I can access from computer)
-Standard Def or higher resolution (640*480 or higher)
-Full 30/25 fps
-Ability to be monitored via VLC or some other media player (I must be able to monitor it at full resolution and frame rate)
-Preferably low cost, but the above features are enough
-Zoom would be nice but is not required
