One of the fans on my Asus HD6950 DCII is starting to make a lot of noise. I've pulled it all apart and tried cleaning it but it still continues. It's not all the time, lately it seems to take about 2 hours of my PC being on for it to start. It sounds normal when I crank the fan speed up but when it's around 20% up to about 40% it's really annoying.

Is there anywhere I can get just the fan for this cooler? I'd rather not have to replace the whole cooler since it works really well.

Contact ASUS support. Your card may be out of warranty, but Im sure they could sell you a fan or get you to the right place to buy a replacement.
