So I've been browsing over this forum for the past couple of days since my crappy headset just broke. I'm looking to find a nice replacement, but there are some stipulations:

-Very important, I wear glasses, so they have to be comfortable with glasses on
-No sound card, but I'll upgrade eventually
-Not really wanting to spend a lot of money, less than $30 would be nice
-I prefer behind the back of the head or on the ear headphones, cause I don't like to mess up my hair
-Mostly for gaming, but I do listen to music
-Willing to get the Zalman mic

Currently looking at:
Sennheiser PMX100
Koss KSC75

Any help would be great, thanks!

Neither of those sets of headphones look comfy for wearing glasses :S. Wouldn't the ear thingys on them collide with the ones on your glasses? I can't imagine many headphones would be comfy with glasses on to be honest :S which must suck for you. Have you thought about maybe getting some higher quality earphones and a desktop mic if you need that as well?

under $30 hmm...either you get one of a CraigsList but thats a tuffy
I have several that I use...probably the Plantronics 377
there are so many of them on ebay used/new...here is NEW(editpenbox)
@$29.99 shipped

I dont use mine that much anymore coz I like the fit of my siberias better. they are good/ and has a very clear sensitive mic. I guess thats why they do sell alot of comm headsets--I also use the hd201 but you will need to buy a mic for those...def a good buy for the money

btw...I think this mic is better than the zalman mic...my co op team seems to hear me loud an clear

Yeah I don't think the comfort would be great either, but like you said I doubt there's a set out there that is especially comfortable with glasses on. I thought about getting earphones, but I've been reading that the sound isn't as good on them, but they're still an option.

The problem with those are they aren't behind the head. I'd strongly prefer a behind the head setup.

I guess what I'm hoping too is that someone who uses glasses could give me a recommendation, but I understand I have rather strict preferences so I'm open to anything. Thanks for your comments

the plantronics one he linked to are ok. I've used them for about a year or so now. They aren't that bad. but I recently got some ATH-AD500's. and they BLOW them away. It's really like comparing a Ford escort to a Lamborghini. They just sound so great..

I might be willing to do something with mine like his link for you. they are just going to get tossed otherwise. they have a Mic also.

get these if your needed to keep it on a budget.

p.s. nice Avatar.. Wally was actually a good movie, even a 23 yr old like me can enjoy it..

Alright thanks for all the replies. I've decided to go with the HD 202 because yesterday's gaming session with my behind the head headphones tortured my ears. Thank for all the help!
