Looking for a new PSU for my AMD fx-8350, crosshair v formula , Radeon HD 7870 ghz edtion (will be two at some point) two WD HD. Looking to be under two hundred to the house.

Corsair TX750 or if you can afford a better one, Corsair HX850. I don't think you need more than 750W for 2x7870 in Crossfire tho.

plenty inexpensive but it's not Moduiar. Don't mind spending more coin.

AFAIK, CX is of lower quality than the other TX and HX PSU's. Go for the TX or the HX if you can. The TX 750 watts will be enough for the 7870's, IDK if it'd be enough if you extremely overclock CPU and/or GPU's.
If you're not sure of crossfiring another card and will continue single route, then the Corsair TX650 watts should be more than enough.
