I'm a total noob when it comes to networking and network speeds.
My current ISP is time warner cable and im running their Basic plan and get around 15mbps. My main pc is connected via ethernet. Other pc's in the house are all via wifi. I currently use linksys wrt54gs router.
This router is a piece of crap and constantly disconnects. What router should i step up to without spending much $?
Another noob question.. does using a router sacrifice speed?
