need a Pump relay kit
i need a cheap one that supports 110v and 220v

Naw, that's the best you can get, and the only one you can get. I tried the xoxide one, it worked awful. Splurge and get a good one.
I made my own for about $10. Go to RadioShack and buy a suitable relay, then find an unnecessary power cord, set it up and you are done.
