I have a weird windows 7 (Enterprise and Ultimate, both have the same problem) problem, everytime I boot into the system there will be either one of these 3 things that will happen:
1. Intel 4 Series Chipset Processor to I/O Controller showing up with an exclamation mark indicating "The Device Cannot Start - Code 10" (disable/enable does not help)
2. Intel 4 Series Chipset Processor to I/O Controller showing up as working, but the videocard does not appear in the device manager and none of the games run, so 2D mode only (probably VgaSave is being used instead of the card and it's drivers) (and the videocard drivers cannot be installed in this case)
3. Intel 4 Series Chipset Processor to I/O Controller and the videocard both show up correctly and functional in the device manger, and videocard driver installation as well as games work properly

I don't think it is a hardware related thing, because I also have windows xp x86, 2003 R2 x64 and gentoo linux on this system, in all other operating systems other than windows 7 x64 everything works perfectly fine after every reboot, but only in windows 7 x64 this happens

thanks for your input
