Hello friends, I have one question.
I just made today my first overclock, I have Intel dual core cpu E5700 @3000MHz, I overclocked it to 3030Mhz, Not really much.
I want to overclock it to 3.1-3.2 GHz
My current core voltage is about 1.248 V
How can I change the voltage for further overclocking?
Also my multiplier is 15x, should I lower it?

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P41T-D3
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
HDD: 400 GB i 500 GB
Ram: 4 GB
Processor: Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5700 3.0 GHz
Graffic Card: NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GT/GTO 512mb 256 bits
System Type: X86-based PC
Sound Card: Realtek High Definition Audio

What should I do so I can overclock it to 3.2GHz ?
The maximum RPM of my fan is 3000 RPM +-

Sorry for my bad english
