Intel Burn Test/Prime95/OCCT/Memtest for your OC stability testing.
SiSandra isn't too terribly bad either for system info.
Get 3dMark Vantage in addition to the previous versions you have listed. Super-Pi is another benchmark I would recommend.
Since you're using the X58, download the EVGA E-Leet and precision programs.
GPU-Z, realtemp or Coretemp should be helpful as well.
