I haven't come here for so long now, I am so sorry if this isn't the area to ask.
My friend asked me to build him a better computer. Even better than mine his budget is $300

And I found these; do you think that these are good choices?
Even though I am building someone a PC, I am building him a comp that I want for myself. I am planning to build a 64 bit Windows.

yeah u right bout the pin
Yeah he is still using dialup. And I got to find a board that has video and sound.

Is the AMD Sempron 64 2600+ better than AMD XP 3000+?

he got a DREAMER Case so he ddoesn't need another.

I couldn't find a cooler that carry a descriptions Sempron 64 in the capability.
They all listed as "AMD Sempron Socket (754)" or "all AMD Sempron Socket (754)".
I am unsure about this cooler I choose. Do you think it will work?
