So i got a mega shadow coming my way and I wanted a quiet and nice looking fan and I summed it down to these two

which one would you guys choose and will those work on my fan controller below

I was thinking of keeping them at 1500 rpm push pull config what do you guys think of that?

I think you should get the 1st fan listed, as it has the ability to go higher than 1500rpm if you need to. But that cfm to dba ratio is very impressive! Only the high-speed 50 dba fans can crank out more air.
Manuf specs on CFM / dBA are usually off, and I seriously doubt that 1st fan can push 70+ CFM with only 27dBA.

OP if you want some fans that won't be too loud & push decent CFMs consider some medium speed Yate Loons.
If you're going to use a fan controller though, some high speeds would be even better.
madshrimps did a 120mm fan roundup, and OP's fans were in it. The test results were on par with manufactur's specs.

Don't underestimate Noiseblocker fans. They don't lie about the specs like some other manufacturers.
Unless I'm missing something on the dBA graph it's showing that fan (1st link in OP) @ 40dBA...

I think I'll get those I ordered 3x Med speed yate loons for the top of my case, two noise blockers for push pull config.

In the future I plan on WC so those yate loons will be on the rad also

you are correct. But this may be due to the fact that the manufacture's dba reading was from 1 meter away, and the madshrips reading was from 5cm away.

This one. Multiframes are VERY good fans, they don't get enough attention, really. Also note that those specs are very accurate; they might be closer to 30dBA instead of 27 but that might as well be the margin of error, I'd say. It's still quite accurate.

I would most deff take the Ultra KAZE OFF the list, it is horribly loud and is horrible when you undervolt it. If I were you I would look into some Scythe S-Flex G, they are 1600RPM with about 75CFM.
am i able to use a y cable on two yate loons into the fan controller I have listed?
