You should be able to with ease but if not you could mount it on the back.

So i can mount it on the upper part of the case without modding, because i cant stand it being mounted in the back.

Why not may I ask?

And yes you can, It might be a tight fit depending on your CPU socket placement. But it is 100% do-able.

to me it just looks too cluttered, and what extra power cables does it need?

It just uses a 3pin for the fan and a 3pin for the pump. Well, the fan 3 pin is one of those 4pin speed sensing ones that goes to the cpu fan header.

Go here and click the videos section and you can watch someone install the H50 in a 800D.

For power, you have 1 3pin Fan connector, and 1 4 pin Fan connector.

The 3 pin is for the pump, the 4 pin is for the fan.

Hey Ryanb213, check the link in my sig to the H50 club here on OCN. There is a link to the corsair H50 FAQ:

Quote:

Q: What are the dimensions of the radiator?
A: Width:120mm
Height: 152mm
Depth: 27mm

From that you should be able to work out where it will fit best for you.

Good luck, if you decide to buy the H50 remember to post some pics in the club thread
You wont regret the purchase!

EDIT:

Correct, maybe I'm stating the obvious but - you put the fan on CPU_FAN, I have my pump running from PWR_FAN rather than SYS_FAN because of cable management, you might find it useful to know that that seems to be ok

CPU_FAN is for your CPU cooler.

PWR_FAN is for either a back case fan, or a chipset fan.

Doesn't really matter either way. The pump on the H50 is quite so many people hook it up via molex/3pin converter.
