Still 1440P CPU Clock is not a big deal in PC Gaming.

There is a caveat: if you use DLSS/FSR, then the actual resolution is lower and more cpu-dependant.

I would do a light oc and be done with it. Test in windows with XTU then set those values in bios, plus some PL and all good.
