Yea good luck with the overclock mate, i'm confused has he reached 2.4 stable yet? gratz! The 3200+ is a gr8 chip! dun worry about your psu, i run a 350watt and i'm at 2.6 tho it wont let me above 2.7 so yea thats my next upgrade.
