i have a HP h8-1210 with amd 1600 processor with an M3970AM motherboard and i need some help overclocking it. can it be done with this motherboard or do i need to buy a new one? how fast could i overclock it to if i got liquid cooling?

tl;dr that mobo has a locked bios and bad power delivery so you would have to use software like overdrive and even with that you wouldnt be able to much (>4ghz)
