need help overclocking my cpu

IDK much about overclocking but I found in my research a program called nTune you can find on nvidias website. It allows you to auto tune your computer to the best stable speed, which overclock my athlon x2 64 bit 3800+ to 2.3ish GHz from the prior 2.00ghz. Although, I posted a thread stating how I was unsure if it had worked or not, and a problem I ran into was that it wouldn't load the saved settings after I auto tuned it. Just trying to help out a bit, but someone else will probably give you a better answer.
