Need help possible bottleneck!!!!

ok here's the scoop, got my system upgraded to the stats below then learned how to over clock thru you guys and ran some tests everything was good cept my temp so iam in the prosses of getting a TRUE very soon so i left the multiplyer at 9x and down clocked to 2.4gig, now when i load up a game (ex. gta4) it takes twice as long to load the game. when i first installed the chip stock with stock bios settings (ex. In Ai tweaker everything was at auto) every game loaded up REALLY fast, could it have something to do with haveing the multiplyer forced at 9x all the time or may i need a ram over clock i dunno any sugestions?
