Need help with a tigh budget build

What processor can I get the most bang for my buck out of for under 200$ I need a mobo too. The mobo needs a pcie slot for the graphics card I bought for it. I'll even go amd if there's a cheap package on newegg. So basically, cpu+mobo for under 200$, even better if under 150$ because I need RAM and a case too.

Keep in mind ... when gaming; GPU is generally more important than a CPU. Motherboards don't offer much performance difference between them, either. It's the features and the ability to OC that can allow for an increase in performance.

Not saying that there is NO difference in performance between motherboards - you might see 1-3FPS difference between some motherboards. It's just not much.

An E8400/8500, or a Q6600/Q6700 if you want to stay with the LGA775 socket. If you want one of the new i7 procs, you'll have to spend over $200 unless you can get a good deal on one used.
