Hey guys im going to be building a new computer for when CoD4 comes out on august 30th, i need it to support DX10 and support it well, i need it to beast, and well i dont know what i need to do im computer part illiterate, it wo8ld be awesome if you guys could help me out with building a custom rig that rapes DX10 by gettin be at least 125 fps, within a reasonable budget!!

Reasonable, rape, beast and 125 fps do not combine well with the phrase "reasonable" budget.

Q6600 - Supposedly $270 ish at the end of this month.

Add $200 bux for a decent mobo - Don't know which to recommend.

Those along with the rest of your previous rig should do just fine. I would stay with a mild oc on stock HS for now, and when you feel you need more, invest in a good aftermarket HS.

an 8800gts 320 wont get close to 125 fps in dx10... nothing available currently is able to do so.

get a P5K deluxe mobo

and dual 8800GTX's

that is the best you can get right now

and you cant SLI in a P35.

i mean i have no problem goin $1500 or even more possibly lol i just need a way to get good performance for cod4, well, say money isnt an option jsut keep fairly resonable and what could i get then?? i mean i have until Oct 30th
