Need new cooling

I just sold my Corsair Nautilus 500 WC Kit because it was a hassle moving my computer around with a external water cooling kit. Now I sold it and made $75 off it and I am going to buy a air cooler. I am wondering what would be the best one for overclocking my rig below. Also I was wondering if I should lap my cooler, and is it easy to do for a beginner?

The Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme is widely considered the best air cooler. It keeps my quad very cool even under full load 12hr+. It's not the easiest to install, but it performs.
Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme with Silverstone FM-121 fan and lapping kit. yes, its easy to do and i would read some faq's here first.

I'll 3rd the previous posters.

Most of the 120mm fan compatible coolers will do a good job: Tuniq, Noctua, Scythe, Thermalright...

...and the Silverstone FM-121 is an awesome fan.

Lapping is simple, but time consuming and requires ones full attention. There is a link in my sig...

I would try the cooler out of the box first, then lap it if you feel that you would benefit from it.

Yate Loons or S-flex fans are good options to add to any of the HSF named. Get something that pushes a lot of CFM like > 70 or so to be really effective.
Well what is the best that is cheaper than the Tuniq and 120, like around $40 if possible. I would like to be able to OC up to 3.2-3.4 like I had with my Water cooling basic kit.
