Need non-nForce, SLI-capable LGA775 board

nForce boards are horrible with 45nm quads in overclocking support. So, I'm in the market for a new board. I know that non-nForce boards don't support SLI, but I can use a hacked driver to do so.

So, I just need a nice motherboard, with dual PCIe 2.0 slots (x16/x16, x16/x8, or x8/x8 minimum), and that will overclock well with my CPU.

Hopefully someone will pick up on my 2x GTS 250s trade for a GTX 285. We'll see.

And we're all going to say EP45-UD3P

But idk for sure if the Sli hack works with it!

Unfortunately, all non-nForce LGA775 motherboards lack the support of SLI which is why the nForce chip is added to give it that support. Although you can always try this: Click Here.

EDIT: Found another option you can try: Click Here

He said he will be using a hacked driver.

Yeah just wanted to make sure he was referring to the appropriate hack. Also as stated before I would recommended the Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P. It's pretty much the "end-all be-all" motherboard for LGA775 CPUs.

Skulltrail is the only offical non-nForce, SLI-capable LGA775 board.

Your letting slip mate, you have been corrected!

If you really want to stay with LGA775 and are sure your hacked drivers will work, just grab a decent X48 board.

X48 is superior to P45?

Done and done. After this week's paycheck, next Friday (not tomorrow) I'll be able to pick one of these up. Can't wait to get my overclock back on
.

EDIT: Is this (http://microcenter.com/single_produc...uct_id=0314336) motherboard any better or any worse than the UD3P?

Differences between the UD3L and UD3P?

EDIT 2: Oh, the UD3L doesn't have two PCIe ports. Dang.

UD3L has only 1 PCIE, UD3P has 2
