Need PC Headphone Advice

So I've always been a person to use a 5.1 speaker system instead of headphones but my new apartment is not a studio so I decided that my sound system was best suited in the living room for when I watch movies with guests. Thus, I am now in need of a good set of gaming headphones. I had considered using my Klipsch Image One headset but I'm not sure if they have the sound staging to be good for gaming. Does anyone have some solid recommendations? I'm extremely picky about sound quality and it has been the downfall of my wallet in the past lol. Also is sound staging able to accurately portray the location of objects? That's currently my main concern, since my 5.1 system obviously was.
