You can download programs such as...File Recover or Uneraser which can recover deleted files. When a file is deleted from the recycle bin, the data can still be recovered unless new files added to that drive have overwritten the data. Files deleted from the recycle bin remain hidden on the drive until other data needs that space on the drive.
