Hey OCN,

One quick question, which of these would be better...

4gigs of 2000mzh ram

OR

8gigs of 1866ram

As you all can see, the price is no big difference just the speed and capacity so which would be better suited for the FX-4100? I only use the system for gaming, net, you know everyday stuff, no transcoding or anything....Should i go with the speedier 2000mhz with less capacity or the 1866 with more capacity

More capacity. You wont notice the speed difference with something so little.

Plus the mushkin redline is top of the line stuff anyway. You wont be disappointed with a bit slower speed.

1600 mhz memory is all u need to get awesome OCs so capacity at that level is more important not speed

veangeance is good but over priced IMO. plus ive never had good luck when dealing with corsair, but they make good products. id look at the patriot viper x div 2s, they bench a little better and have great customer service, and tend to be cheaper. same goes for kingston hyperx

second on the hyperx. They seem to have very few hardware conflicts and reliable.
