Need quite abit of help with OC

Well I just got a new motherboard, the GIGABYTE EP45-EXTREME, to replace my eVGA 780i FTW (sick of the FF error
) Now, I need some help with OC'ing. On my eVGA board, i could get up to 3.8 GHz stable, anything over 475 FSB would fail. But on this board, all I can get is up to 3.2 GHz, and anything over, windows fails. Halp?
Voltages are all on auto, mem divider is set to auto. (2.00)

That's your problem right there

Set your voltage to whatever you ran on the 780i.

I have, the thing is though, I dont have a clue about the MCH voltage, which is set to 1.2. Here are my current voltages:

The Q9400 is 45nm so I guess it's the same 1.45v max.

Set it to 1.4v and see how far you can go, just keep increasing if needs be until you hit that 1.45v mark.
I've set it to 1.4, had problems even at 3.8...
Could it be the MCH voltage?
