I am looking to build a small yet semi powerful rig on the low $ side. I do game...Dirt..NFS Shift, but mostly mmogpg's (i am an addict). I also want htpc features. I have been looking at some new equipment and here is what I came up with.

GIGABYTE GA-880GMA-UD2H
Phenom II X4 955 Black
OCZ AMD Black Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB)

This is as far as I have gotten. If you have other suggestions on a build PLZ tell me.
So my questions are:
1. Will the on-board video be enough or should I get a card...if so what?
2. Power Supply requirements?
3. Micro-ATX cases? What are ones with good cooling?

i will go for ASUS.
ASUS M4A88TD-M/USB3 AM3 AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

memory i would either go for this Mushkin Blackline

or
if u willing to spend a few bucks more.

can get a GTS 450 or ATI 5770 for the graphic card or if you got money go for GTX 460.

Power supply?
a 500~600W should be enough.

this, probably the best u can get.

cooling i always recommend corsair H50/H70 because AMD motherboard design the CPU slot are so close to the DIMM slot, force u unable to use high profile Memory.

i've put appart some components, i have the same mobo, cpu and gpu, they work great for the price... stay away from gts 450, get a 5770 instead you get more power for the same price... the reason why the psu is 750w is because it has combo discount and it comes the same price as a 500w...+the three hundred is great for the price, you shouldnt have any problems with this computer for what your doing...
