My grandad contacted me recently with regards to a Table and Amp Setup (Excuse my poor terminology) he has. The Table is a Garrard 301, and this comes complete with a Quad II Amp and Quad FM Tuner. It has been installed in a elizibethan chest, which encloses it all.
It was serviced recently (2 Years ago) and all was found to be working except the selector knob, of which spares can be found on ebay relatively cheap.
I would love to know how much it is worth, from the research that has been done, it appears that it was serious audiphile equipment, to the extent that using cheap speakers would produce a nice explosion from the speakers
