You'll have enough room for the stock HSF.

Though, the stocks are a little noisy.
I would suggest putting in a little money and getting a quiter cooler like the CD901

Is ther any way of knowing the specs of the stock fan? Size specs(LxWxH) and the noise level etc..

The above cooler looks good but doesn't it dissipate the hot air into the case rather than directly out of the case thru the vent..?

Since i m using a slim case wont it be a bad idea..?

Both stock cooler, and that cooler put air into the case.

You are using a low power CPU though. So it's not going to generate much heat. Though, if you want a smaller fan, Silverstone's NT07 is the smallest you get.

Your best option is to pick up a PCI Slot Blower, like this Rosewill.

Thankx a lot Tator TOt..
Yea the stock fan for a sempron is a lot smaller than the stock one for an x3 720be.

As stated, it will fit 100%
