Needs program to show total and available memory!

Hi guys!

Like the title says, I need a program to show total and available memory like the one you see on the windows sidebar. I don't want to keep ctrl+alt+del all the time just to find out. Nothing fancy, just a simple one will do. You guys have any ideas? Thanks!

Isn't there a widget for vista that displays them? I have it on win7 right now, probably on vista too.

There's quite a few Vista Sidebar apps for that.

..or you can just leave Task Manager open.

Oh sorry guys! I am running Windows XP on my spare PC now. Any programs out there? Simple ones will do! Thanks!
minus.fireal, rainmeter is great and all, but its not exactly what i had in mind. Its way too complex and does use up a hefty bit of my system resources. I was thinking of a program along the likes of CPU-Z and HDD Health. Just click and it will tell you in real time the percentage of RAM being used and the total and available RAM. Something simple. Can't seem to find any online.
memturbo maybe?

Ctrl+Alt+Del , task manager.

Better: Ctrl-Shift-ESC. Directly to task manager

Rainmeter. Great little app, and it's not too bad on resources.

It doesn't seem to use a lot for me. weird. 6M of ram.

Ctrl +Shift+ Escape sometimes may take 15 secs to load and rainmeter take a long time to load and close.

But with memuse i can leave it minimised and it just does its thing with no lagg!
