everytime i try to instal .net framework i get this error

make sure only to install net framework 4 alone (no background installs or windows updates running at the same time)

Make sure that your computer has the latest Windows service pack and critical updates.
also, go to
control panel/admin tools/NET Framework wiz and fix problem/then click csc.exe/choose latest -> then click apply-> close all other applications and bring up windows update and try to update the .Net framework seperately from all other updates
